I had an amazing experience at Nova Fusion! The food was an absolute 10. I tried the Spring Salmon, and it had a wonderful variety of flavors—simple yet subtly exquisite. I also enjoyed a classic margarita and a glass of wine, both served with such care that they added to the perfect vibe of the evening. I chose to sit outside, overlooking the lake, and the view was beautiful. We got to watch people boating and water skiing, saw some ducks, and even enjoyed the unique Miami touch of airplanes flying overhead. The weather was ideal—not too hot, not too cold—making everything feel just right. Our waitress, Elmmy, was the sweetest! She was incredibly kind and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. A huge thank you to Elmmy and the entire Nova staff for making this visit so special. We’ll definitely be back soon! Delicious food! We went for my brothers birthday, because we saw on TikTok and google maps the food looked so good on social media. We were a little concerned at first due to the outside parking lot since there wasn’t much parking, but there was valet and we were able to get to the restaurant. Now the restaurant small on the inside but the outside lake view was more spacious. Due to the cold weather and night time here in Miami we stayed inside the resturant & let me tell you the food did not disappoint. It was so good, very different to other sushi and fusion restaurants, the flavors were delicious. OH also, the sushi was amazing, one of the BEST sushi’s I have tried compared to others in Miami, we tried “the beast” & “the Arizona”. We also had the tenderloin wrapped in bacon, super good meat option and tasty. The brownie and ice cream was amazing, brownie was so crunchy and chocolatey. They even had the firework sparkler on cake to celebrate! I want to add that our waitress ELMMY made our first time experience at NOVU worth it, she was so kind, attentive, and detailed with us and gave us the best service. I will come back because of ELMMY but also because of the food, applause to the chef’s team! Thank you NOVU for making my brothers birthday special and delivering the best food.

Novu Fusion in Doral is a great spot for flavorful Asian Mediterranean Latin fusion cuisine. The menu offers an amazing array of dishes, blending different culinary influences in a creative and delicious way. Every dish we tried was fresh, well-seasoned, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is modern and inviting, and the staff is friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. We had an absolutely wonderful experience dining at this sushi restaurant with our family. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and felt very welcome. The atmosphere was elegant yet cozy, perfect for a family dinner. The sushi was incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor — truly some of the best we’ve ever had. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our evening. Thank you for making our family dinner so special — we’ll definitely be coming back soon!
